General Rules

  1. Be nice.  Don’t be an a-hole in chat.  Don’t be racist or sexist.  Just be cool to everyone.
  2. Join and use line for alliance communication.  Add OriginalBassMan as a friend and get an invite to the alliance groups
  3. Donate at least 65,000 gold, 6,000 battle chips and 5,000 loyalty to the alliance treasury every week.  If you find it easier just donate whatever you are awarded from each alliance quest completion.
  4. Do your part to help the alliance grow by participating in key alliance events:
    1. Duel Skirmish –  Everyone is expected to get at least 500 points during each duel skirmish event.  Wozab will be on to poke people and publish the best targets
    2. Completion – Hitting the last milestone on completion gets everyone 250 four-star shards.  Everyone is required to hit 15,000 points which is relatively easy over 3 days if you are using your quest energy.
    3. Item Use – Again, hitting the last milestone earns all of us 250 four-star shards.  Everyone needs to get 2,500 points to hit the last milestone.  Again, relatively easy if you save up your sig stones and some of your boosts.  See the post on ITEM USE for more detail.
  5. We no longer need to do “hold” weeks.  Feel free to open crystals and upgrade champs as you see fit (but you should try and focus on doing upgrades during advancement events for the rewards).

Alliance War and Alliance Quest rules

  1. Follow the Battle Group assignments posted on the blog and in the AW/AQ line groups
  2. Don’t attack linked nodes!  Wait for the links to be cleared.
  3. Don’t double-up on paths unless you are needed as backup.
  4. Pay attention to the Line group so you can clear nodes when people are waiting on you.

Remeber SpiderPigs. It is all about the TE-AM.

SpiderPigs Alliance Reborn

Hello SpiderPigs!

We will use this site to help coordinate activities.  Though Line is good for coordination of ongoing actions, a more permanent site is better for things like assigning BattleGroups for Alliance War and Alliance Quests and coordinating things like hold weeks or open weeks.

I hope everyone is aware of the sad news that our alliance founder WFPF has decided to retire from contest of champions.  His retirement is a big blow, especially since his retirement also takes Ema and BackupAgent with him.  However, we will organize and overcome and carry on the SpiderPig tradition.

We have grown a lot since I joined in late 2016 (and I have grown a lot in that time too).  A rising tide raises all ships so as we all work together we all grow stronger.  One of the things that has really helped us is using Line for communication.  The in-game discussion really sucks for coordinating path assignments in AW/AQ and answering strategy questions.  In that vein I believe we should make utilization of Line a requirement for all new members coming into the ally.  Anyone already here that is a good contributor should get to stay, but new members are required to join us on line.

Tilt will be our AW general.  He seems to watch everyone in AW like a hawk and tracks their progress.  So he will be posting BG assignments for folks. Please stick to them.

I’ll follow up shortly with two other posts that we will sticky…  Alliance rules (nothing really new to folks, just trying to put it down so new members can work with us) and some guidance that I have found useful (acronyms, arena schedule, event schedules etc).
